The resolution of the issue of Swiss franc loans by a resolution of the entire Supreme Court of the Supreme Court will undoubtedly affect the speed of court proceedings in matters related to Swiss francs, and above all, the cases previously suspended for this reason will be taken up. The hitherto jurisprudence is, however, favorable for franchise holders and we hope that the resolution will be in line with the previous favorable judgments of the Supreme Court and the jurisprudence of the CJEU in the case of Dziubak and others.
